GatesAir Plans 2015 Customer Networking Event Series
2015 NAB Show marks the first of several educational GatesAir Connect events surrounding tradeshows and regional initiatives
Cincinnati, OH, March 16, 2015
GatesAir, a global leader in wireless, over-the-air content delivery solutions for radio and TV broadcasters, will hold the first of its 2015 GatesAir Connect training events in Las Vegas next month at the NAB Show. The series is focused on connecting people and technology, and gives GatesAir customers the opportunity to engage with company technologists and the greater service organization, as well as industry peers.
“The GatesAir Connect Series brings us closer to our customers by offering an intimate venue for education and dialogue,” said Rich Redmond, chief product officer, GatesAir. “Attendees will find that these events offer a unique opportunity to reach beyond their primary representatives. For those of us at GatesAir, it provides a means to communicate with our customers outside the chaos of the exhibit floor. It’s a way to reach out and deepen relationships.”
The planned agenda, which opens with a keynote from GatesAir CEO Phil Argyris, eschews the traditional new product overview in favor of addressing the changing media landscape, and interactively solving problems for over-the-air broadcasters. Planned topics include the U.S. Spectrum Repack, LTE mobile convergence, efficient RF operations and maintenance, and the transition to IP networking.

Many additional GatesAir Connect training events for customers and partners will follow globally, including several timed with key tradeshows in Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific.
