Tim Weis
Vice President, Finance
Tim Weis serves as Vice President of Finance, responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategic financial planning, and human resources at GatesAir, ensuring the fiscal integrity and health of the organization. He is based at the company’s manufacturing facility in Quincy, Illinois.
Weis brings over 20 years of financial management experience to the position. Prior to joining GatesAir, he served as CFO and GM for Broadcast Electronics LLC from 2019 to 2023. He held strategic financial and HR oversight roles in higher education, including Vice President of Business Affairs and CFO for Illinois College and Vice President for Business and Finance at Quincy University. Tim's professional journey also includes a background in public accounting in positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Matrix Metals, and HawkeyePedershaab.
Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Management from the University of Evansville and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a Masters in Leadership from Quincy University.
